These Terms and Conditions govern your use of MobileSpin and the services we provide. By registering an account or using the website you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. It is your responsibility to ensure that using our services is lawful where you live. Only one account is permitted per person, household, IP address and device.

Your account

You must provide accurate, complete registration details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information or are used in breach of these Terms.

Deposits and withdrawals

You may fund your account using the payment methods made available to you. Withdrawals are processed after your identity has been verified (see KYC below). We may apply minimum and maximum transaction limits, and may withhold or reverse transactions where we suspect fraud, error or a breach of these Terms.

Bonuses and promotions

Bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, game-weighting rules and expiry periods. Attempting to gain an unfair advantage — for example through multiple accounts, low-risk or hedge betting, or other bonus abuse — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Identity verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering

We are legally required to verify the identity, age and, where applicable, the source of funds of our players. We may ask you to provide documents before allowing deposits, withdrawals or continued play, and we comply with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted or closed.

Fair play and prohibited conduct

You must not use the service fraudulently or to launder money, must not use automated software or bots, must not collude with other players, and must not access the service from a restricted territory. Chargebacks made in bad faith and the operation of multiple accounts are prohibited.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, game content and material on this website are the property of Cabot Cove 03 Limited or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or from gambling, including losses caused by interruptions, errors or events beyond our reasonable control.

Disputes and governing law

If you have a complaint, please contact our support team first so we can try to resolve it. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and MobileSpin operates under the supervision of the Malta Gaming Authority. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be referred to the regulator or an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.

Account closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms. Where you have requested self-exclusion for responsible-gambling reasons, we will honour it and will not reopen the account before the chosen period has ended. Any verified balance in a closed account will be returned to you in accordance with our payment and verification rules.

Severability and language

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms may be made available in more than one language; if there is any conflict, the English version prevails unless the law that applies to you requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or in the law. The current version always appears on this page, and your continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
